KPIs that reflect how your company works

Choose your indicators and their weights without writing formulas. Import data from files, your own systems or other Harmoniq modules. Employees can see their results, performance level and how each score was calculated.

  • Build scorecards step by step. Choose the scoring rules, preview an example and test the scorecard against a previous period before publishing.
  • Employees can see their current level, the gap to the next one and each indicator’s contribution.
  • Missing data is excluded from the calculation rather than treated as zero.
  • Published scorecards cannot be edited. Each score retains the formula version and values used in its calculation.
  • Scorecards by role, unit or area, with levels and bonus rules per company.

  • Send announcements to a unit, a department or the whole company. Ask for “I have read and understood” confirmations on important messages.
  • Each unit and department gets an automatic group. Create additional open, closed or secret groups and organise discussions by topic.
  • Polls, events with limited places, photo albums, @mentions and #hashtags.
  • Recognise colleagues for contributions that reflect your company’s values. Birthdays and work anniversaries are marked automatically.
