Bring your people and numbers into Harmoniq from your company’s systems, by import or API, see the calendar in the app you already use, and send notifications to your team.

Excel import

Employees and KPI values from Excel or CSV files, with saved import profiles and a check before anything is written.

Company API

Your systems read and write Harmoniq’s data — people, leave, KPIs, training, documents and more — with separate keys and rights per resource (Enterprise).

Google Calendar and Outlook

Your personal Harmoniq calendar in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar through a secret address; events also download as .ics.

SMS through smslink.ro

Notifications by SMS, sent from the company’s own smslink.ro account.

Browser notifications

Notifications on the phone or computer, even with the app closed, for whoever switches them on.

CSV exports

At any time, a full export of the company’s data (one CSV file per kind of record, with every uploaded file); read confirmations and training assignments also download as CSV.

Custom domain

Harmoniq at your company’s own address, e.g. hr.company.com, with the HTTPS certificate issued automatically (Enterprise).

How you pay for Harmoniq

These do not connect to your systems: they are the services Harmoniq collects its subscription and issues its invoices through.

Card payments (Stripe)

The subscription is paid by card through Stripe; card details never pass through Harmoniq.

Invoices through SmartBill

Harmoniq’s invoices are issued through SmartBill, with the company’s tax details.

Send KPI data through the API

Companies on the Enterprise plan can send KPI values from their own systems through the API, using a separate token for each integration.
