How do we compare locations of different sizes fairly?
Compare achievement against target, not raw values. Each unit has its own target, and the score shows how much of it was reached, on the same scale for every location.
What does an area manager see?
The people and units in their reach: their scores, objectives, leave and training. They do not see other areas and cannot score their own results.
Can different roles have different evaluation rules?
Yes. A scorecard is assigned to the whole company, a role, a team, a unit, a department, an area or a single person.
What happens when a unit does not send its figures in time?
That part stays “no data” and is left out of the calculation. It never shows as zero and does not lower the score unfairly.
