Harmoniq started with the needs of a Romanian company

Harmoniq grew out of an HR platform built for, and used every day by, a Romanian company.

About Harmoniq

We needed to solve specific problems: evaluations using the company’s formulas, manager access limited to their own teams, leave calculated under the Romanian Labour Code, and training records available for inspections.

We used that experience to rebuild the application for other companies. Harmoniq is available in Romanian and English, hosted in the EU, with data protection built into the application.

  • Built around your way of working. Configure formulas, leave types, approvals and roles to suit your company.
  • Controlled access to data. Access permissions apply to every list, and sensitive data is encrypted.
  • Calculations you can check. Every score includes its calculation. Missing data is flagged and excluded.
