Choose a plan for your team

Yes. When you sign up, your company gets every module for 30 days, no card needed. At the end, you choose a plan or stay on the free plan (up to 5 people).

Each plan has a base price, in euros, excluding VAT, that includes a number of active people and an amount of storage; each extra person has a monthly price, shown on the pricing page. Modules the plan doesn’t include, and more storage, can be added on their own. Paying for the plan yearly saves you money. The free plan costs nothing and includes no add-ons.

Every active employee with an account. Deactivated or departed employees take no seat, and their account switches itself off; if they come back, the account works again and takes a seat again.

After the 30-day trial you have 7 more days of full access to choose a plan. If you don’t, the company moves to the free plan (up to 5 people: Social, Calendar and Leave). Nothing is deleted; the modules come back when you choose a plan.

Yes. The company administrator adds any module your plan doesn’t include from Company → Subscription → Add-ons, at any time, at the price shown on the pricing page. The module works straight away; you pay only for the rest of the current month now, then monthly, on an invoice separate from the plan. If you remove it, it stays available until the end of the month already paid for. If you move to a plan that includes it, you stop paying for it separately. The free plan includes no add-ons.

Every plan includes room for the company’s files: documents, course material, photos and attachments. The pricing page shows how much each plan includes. Usage is shown at any time under Company → Subscription → Usage, by area. Administrators are told when storage is nearly full, and more is added from Add-ons, in monthly blocks. When storage is full, only new uploads stop; nothing already stored is deleted and the rest of the app works as usual.

By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, or by bank transfer for yearly plans: you get a proforma with the payment reference, and the invoice is issued once we confirm the payment. Prices are in euros; card payments are charged in euros, and a bank transfer is paid in lei, for the amount on the proforma. Invoices are issued in lei (RON), through SmartBill, and sent to e-Factura.

Yes. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then the company moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Yes, with no end date and no card: up to 5 people, with Social, Calendar and Leave on top of what every plan has (people and organisation, roles, notifications, the knowledge base), and 1 GB for files. It includes neither the AI assistant nor add-ons. It is also the plan a company moves to after its trial if it does not choose one.

Existing accounts keep working; nothing is locked or deleted. No new account can be given until the company is back under the limit (by deactivating unused accounts) or chooses a plan. Those who manage the subscription see a message about it.

Yes, for yearly plans, if the invoicing details are complete and the company number is verified. Choose “Bank transfer” under Company → Subscription: you get a proforma with the IBAN, the amount and the reference to write in the payment details. Once we confirm the payment, the plan applies for a year and the invoice is issued. 30 days before the year ends you get the renewal proforma.

In lei (RON). Prices are set in euros, and invoices and proformas are issued in lei at the BNR rate in force on the day they are issued, printed on the document. Card payments are charged in euros; by bank transfer you pay the lei amount on the proforma. Prices shown on the site in another currency are indicative.

The AI assistant is included in Professional (300 requests a month) and Enterprise (1500 requests a month), through Harmoniq’s account. Administrators are told at 80% and when they run out; the assistant pauses until the next month starts, and the rest of the app works as usual. A company using its own AI account has no such limit.

Under Company → Subscription → Usage: the seats in use, storage by area and the month’s AI requests, with the detail by day and by kind of use.
