HTTPS-only connections; national ID numbers and sensitive keys are encrypted in the database; passwords are never stored, only their hash.

A code from an authenticator app, which the company can make mandatory for everyone.
Who sees what
Roles, permissions and each manager’s reach: nobody sees data outside their reach, and nobody judges their own record.
Access that ends on time
A departed employee’s account switches itself off and any open session ends at the next click; deputy cover expires on the date set.
Messages that stay private
Direct messages are read only by their participants — not administrators, not moderators — and can delete themselves after a period.

A copy of their data at the person’s request, anonymisation of former employees, a change history and a data processing agreement.
Transparent support access
Our team signs in as a user only to help, for at most 30 minutes, with a banner and a record the company can see.
