The AI assistant works with your company’s data exactly as far as you can see it: a manager asks about their team, an employee about their own scores and customers.
Ask, in plain words
- “Who fell below Good this month, and why?”, “Which deals over 10,000 are stuck?”, “What is due today?” — the answer comes with the figures that matter and links to the records.
- On any list, filters are set from a sentence.
Say what happened
- “Called Ioana Pop, she wants an offer for three chairs by Friday” becomes a proposed activity, task and deal — which you check and confirm. Nothing is saved without you.
- The same for KPI values entered by hand, or a scorecard started from a description, as a draft.
- You can dictate too, on the phone or the computer.
Summaries and next steps
- A customer’s or a deal’s story and what is worth doing now; the pipeline’s health; the team’s scores and what moved them.
- The themes in customer feedback and the units that stand out; drafts of follow-up emails and complaint replies.
- A weekly summary on Monday morning, for whoever wants it.
- Your own CRM indicators and import column matching, proposed from a description.
Your data stays yours
- It is off until your company switches it on (Professional and Enterprise).
- People’s names, emails and phone numbers leave for the AI provider only as aliases and are put back inside Harmoniq.
- We don’t keep the questions or the answers, only the fact that they happened; the provider of Harmoniq’s account does not use the data for training.
- On Harmoniq’s account the plan includes a number of requests a month, and the usage is always visible in the app; you can also connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini account, with no limit from Harmoniq.
