REST API for your company's HR data

Harmoniq connects to the rest of your systems: payroll, ERP, BI, intranet. New hires come in from your personnel system, leave goes out to payroll, sales figures land in the scorecards, and management reports take their data straight from here.

What it covers

• Organisation and people: units, departments, positions, areas, teams, employees and placements, with the company’s own fields.
• Time: leave types and requests (created, approved, rejected), balances, calendar events.
• Performance: metrics and KPI values, scorecards, results with their parts, objectives and achievements, evaluations.
• Training and control: courses, assignments, enrolments, certificates, audits and corrective actions, health and safety.
• Customers: customers and organisations (with their consent), deals by stage, activities and purchases, feedback and complaints.
• Everything else: documents with their expiry, service and material requests, surveys (anonymous ones only as totals), announcements, the knowledge base.

Safe by design

• One key per system, with read and write rights chosen per resource, an expiry date and allowed IP addresses.
• The CNP never leaves through the API; sensitive fields only with a separate right.
• Writes follow the same rules as the app’s screens and are made in the name of the admin who created the key.
• Every call is logged and visible to the company; per-minute limits for each key.
