How do you score the teams of ten shops by the same rules?
The score has three parts, weighted by the company: sales against the shop’s target, the freshness and service score and the shop manager’s evaluation. The shops in Pașcani and Bucharest use the same rules, with targets of their own. Last month’s evaluations covered 60 people, with an average score of 92.5, corresponding to the “Good” level. Indicators without data are excluded from the calculation.
